A while back I posted some pictures on IG and FB of a new block of the month quilt I designed using the Aura line from QT fabrics. I want to share a little more about it here on the blog.
The pattern is called Allure and the fabric should be shipping to shops this month!!
The Fabrics – Aura
The Aura fabrics have this wonderful flow of color in each fabric. These fabrics have such depth and dimension with the swirls of color.
These watercolor blenders are just so beautiful!
This is the group that I used for the Allure quilt.
The Pattern – Allure
Allure is a modern take on a row quilt. The pattern is set up as a 9 month BOM but can easily be extended if desired.
Big bold blocks really show off the Aura fabrics.
The Quilt Along Blog Series
I am creating a “quilt along” series of blog posts to go along with the pattern. No matter when you start making your quilt, you can reference these posts for tips on making your blocks! The posts will run from May 2024 – January 2025!
Each month I will share block images and tips for each of the blocks.
If you want to quilt along with me and QT, you will need the pattern and the fabrics so I would suggest starting by asking your local quilt shop if they are kitting it with these amazing fabrics!!
