One of the things I have been participating in is the Aurifil BOM. I am using some California Girl fabrics by Fig Tree and some other coordinating fabrics. I am really loving the soft nature of these blocks. A nice contrast to some other projects I have been working on.

I really think it came out great. I did not use as many fabrics as Jeni did, or in the same spot, but I still love it.
Now, look at what I almost did-
That would have been a little bright don’t you think? I am not really doing a low volume quilt, but trying to keep it soft.
