Hi friends! How are you today?
This week I have been working on behind the scenes stuff- writing a pattern, shipping orders… the business stuff. And I did get to play with some of my scrap fabric while working on a new table runner using my Braid Template. I will post more about it soon!
I also had a chance to make one of the BOM blocks for February- here is my block #2 of Pat Sloan’s 2016 My Secret Garden:
(The block is actually pretty square- this is what happens when you can’t take a straight picture!)
If you look at her block, you will notice I did not follow her color plan exactly. I switched the dark blue and the light. I think it came out great- I like it! If you have not gotten your block #2 instructions, click here!
