Hi friends! How are you?
I know I have been slacking off here lately- I am sorry, I have just been so busy! This past week, I spent Wednesday and Thursday down in Colorado Springs with the Piecing Partners Quilt Guild. What a great group!
On Wednesday they had their meeting in the morning and I got to do a little chat. Then in the afternoon we did a class at High Country Quilts with my fun little runner pattern Leftovers. Here are a few members hard at work!
One person went home and finished her runner!
The next day we worked on Urban Twist blocks at Ruth’s Stitchery. I love how different everyone’s block is! Some bought fabric specifically for this and others were trying to use up their stash.
I hope to post more pictures next week of their blocks. They are all great.
Thank you Piecing Partners for having me!
In other fun news, I have a quilt in the newest Modern Patchwork quilt magazine! I am so excited!
I called it Star Charts.
I used fabrics from Robert Kaufman- their Kona solids and a piece of grey from their Studio Stash line by Jennifer Sampou.
Love my modern quilt!
Have a great weekend-
happy quilting,
Kate

Love your Star Charts quilt! Where can I get a pattern?
Thank you Gloria! I am so glad you like it! The pattern is currently only available in the magazine. You can purchase the magazine on newsstands or at your local quilt shop. If they don’t carry it, here is a link to the online store where you can purchase a print magazine or a digital (download) magazine. Click here.
