One of our new series (we have 2!) is called our Cat Nap Quilts. We called it that, not because there are cats on the quilts…. Oh wait, there are cats ON the quilts, they are just not part of the designs!
The quilts are named after our cats.
This is Lily, resting on Huey’s quilt!
Huey, the cat, is my daughter’s cat. 
He is sleek, black and sometimes just a little bit of trouble! Turns out he can sometimes scale walls so I also call him “Spidey-cat”.
He likes to “help”.

It was made with Moda’s Bella solids that we got at one of our
favorite online quilt shops- Fat Quarter Shop.
Here is a close up of some of the quilting- it was quilted by Laura McCarrick of Always Keep Quilting and she did an amazing job!
This quilt goes together quickly, works with solids or prints or batiks or… and you can change the setting of the blocks. You just keep playing until you like the design!
