Welcome friends!
I am so happy you are visiting with me on my blog today.
My block, Pixie Hearts is in the new Quiltmaker’s 100 Blocks magazine and I am excited to share it with you!
Here is my block:
I love how the squares look like like hearts- in a pixelated, modern way. Here is what it would look like as a quilt.
And here are some ways you can recolor it. Go bold for a striking Valentine’s Day table topper!
Or a little bright as a runner!
Go soft and sweet for a baby quilt!
Or as a springtime runner!
Depending on where you place your light, darks and brights, you can make the block look different.
Don’t you love seeing different ways you can color quilts? I would love to know what you would do.
Leave me a comment below telling me what colors you would use and you will be entered into the giveaway for a chance to win a copy of the Quiltmaker’s 100 Blocks vol 14 magazine!
If you click to subscribe to my newsletter (or if you already subscribe), leave me a second comment for a second chance to win.
I will draw 2 winners after 9pm (my time) on Sunday Nov 20th.
Giveaway is now closed!
Thanks for stopping by!
