It’s that time of year – time to start planning for your holiday gift giving!
The holidays are such a heart warming time of year. Gifts made by a maker for a special someone have a unique magic. They are made with love and that love is woven into each piece of fabric, stitched in with each stitch and gives that hand made gift its magical powers of speech.
The gift says, I love you.
While I love making gifts, sometimes finding the right ideas for the gifts is a struggle.
To help you with your gift giving plan, I have teamed up with Kris Poor (Poorhouse Quilts) and Joanne Hillestad (Fat Quarter Gypsy and Swirly Girls Designs) to bring you A Maker’s Guide to Gift Giving!
We are going to be posting ideas for you of gifts you can make for family, friends and yes, even co-workers over the next few weeks to get those creative juices flowing and get you in the spirit of the holidays.
And while it is always better to give than to receive, we will even have suggestions for gift ideas for you! We all deserve a little pampering, right?
